EchoPick is a browser extension that identifies music playing in YouTube videos and allows you to save identified songs to your Spotify playlist.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You may not share your account with others
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Usage Limits

Free users receive 3 music identifications per day. Paid credits never expire and can be used at any time.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
Use automated systems to abuse the service
Resell or redistribute the service

6. Intellectual Property

EchoPick and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EchoPick and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

EchoPick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
