Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You request within 7 days of purchase
  • You have used less than 50% of your purchased credits
  • There is a technical issue preventing you from using the service

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Credits that have been fully or mostly used
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and order details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
